The staff provided very friendly and helpful service. Maura at reception remembered guests' names, a nice touch. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, so I will return.

Maura at reception remembered my name, which i found really cute. the restaurant had a really nice easter display in the lobby. It felt homely. my room was quiet. This was valuable. the bed felt comfortable. it's lovely.

The room did lack some storage space. It would have been useful to have more.

i found the staff helpful and friendly. maura escorted me to my room upon arrival. the room included chocolates and pillow spray. the bathroom was clean, and the shower had strong water pressure. the ivy restaurant offered a lovely menu and wonderful service. breakfast was superb (i found a great choice of options). everything was cooked to order. everything, from breads to yogurts, was served to the table. the hotel really focuses on guest experience, i noticed.

the bed was somewhat small for two people. i also found it to be a little expensive for the level of comfort.

the hotel is close enough to town, so it is not in a noisy area. it is easily accessible, as it is near a park. taxis to the city center were cheap. the location is quite convenient.

I found the staff super friendly. They went out of their way to be helpful. the front desk personnel was among the best i encountered. they provided assistance, recommendations, and even scheduled taxis (very useful). the restaurant staff were also excellent.

The receptionist was kind and the rooms were cosy! the breakfast was lovely, and the bed was super comfy. I enjoyed the quiet night. i found a michelin star restaurant, the ivy, in the lobby, it sometimes has live music.
